Our wedding festivities are going to be centered around Pt. Richmond, a quaint and historic hamlet on San Francisco Bay (see Navigation).  The neighborhood offers a range of accommodations on AirBNB as well as a charming hotel, the Hotel Mac.  We've reserved a block of rooms there under the "Bielawski - Burr Wedding party."   While you'll need a car to get to most places, Pt. Richmond has several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, art galleries and more.
